    On the evening of September 12, “The 5th Anniversary of Confucius  Institute and Reporting Exhibition of Literary and Artistic Achievements  in Aesthetic Education” was held in Longhu Theatre of Chenglong Campus.Hong Zhonghe, Vice President of Yonsei University in Korea, Mohammed Ajma Khan, Vice President of Karachi University in Pakistan, Ding Renzhong, Secretary of the Party Committee of our university, Wang Mingyi, President of our university, Liu Peng, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Commission, Zhang Haidong, and Gao Zhongwei, Vice President of our university attended theEveningParty.

    The theme of this evening is "ShufengShuyun", which is based on Sanxingdui culture originating in Bashu area 4000 years ago, and the cultural and artistic forms of Sichuan area. It is a large-scale literary and artistic exhibition, which is elaborately compiled. It can be divided into three parts: “Shubo in Yunxiao Wuxia”, “Shuguoxian wind blowing Shuguoxian string” and “Shuyiqing in XifengQuma”.

    The opening show ShufengShuyun is covered with spinning yarn, matched with beautiful stage lights and fascinating music effects. It integrates Confucius culture and the characteristics of Shu into the performance. It is classical and fascinating and reverie-provoking.Unique sacrificial activities, mysterious Sanxingdui masks and splendid traditional skills are perfectly presented in the performance.Tibetan dance Heaven Drum is ancient and mysterious, broad and bold. Qiang Shoulder Bell Rain Festival reflects the joyous atmosphere of Qiang people praying for rain and harvest. The rich diversity and unique charm of Bashu culture are vividly displayed in Dragon Dance Yi Long praying for rain, Sichuan Opera Changing Face and Teahouse.Rigid and soft martial arts performance "Wufeng Dancing Rhyme", enthusiastic and dynamic Latin dance “Sanxingdui Romance” and rhythmic Tibetan hip-pop perfect integration of distinct national characteristics and youth vitality of College students, demonstrating the vigorous spiritual outlook and exquisite artistic appeal of contemporary college students. Overseas students from the Institute College of International Education sing the song Chengdu. They come across the sea to Chengdu, where they study, grow up, feel the enthusiasm of the Chengdu people and have a deep love for the city.At the end of the closing performance, the audience and the host set off the paper airplane in their hands, gathered in the center of the stage into a red ocean, golden sequins mixed among them, reflecting each other, showing you a wonderful visual feast. So far, the evening drew a perfect end.

    On the basis of mysterious and beautiful Bashu culture and different artistic forms, the party shows the characteristics of art education in Sichuan Normal University. It not only highlights the profound Bashu culture of Sichuan Normal University, but also presents an audiovisual feast of Bashu culture to the audience.

    Experts and scholars from Yonsei University of Korea, Karachi University of Pakistan and Sichuan Normal University, as well as representatives of faculty and staff of various units of our university, all international students of the College of International Education and some students from other colleges attended the performance on the spot.
